    It will take about 2 hours to charge the case fully.

    What can we do if the case stopped charging?
    Please try to use another known working Micro USB charging cable to charge the charging case for more than 10 hours through your computer.
    What can we do if the earbuds stopped charging?
    When you put the earbuds into the case and you will see the red light on the earbuds when charging. If no light comes on, please use a bit of light sandpaper or microfiber cloth with a bit of rubbing alcohol to clean the charging connectors and try to adjust the earbuds to ensure the red light is on.
    How many mics on each earbud for Truecapsule?
    There is one on each earbud of Truecapsule.
    How the lights flash when you use Truecapsule?
    1. Pairing mode: One earbud flashes white and red, the other is white on. 2. Connected to device/Standby: The white lights are on the two earbuds. 3. Play the music: No lights
    How to reset Truecapsule?
    1.Clear pairing record between the earbuds and all your devices. 2.Place back both earbuds into the charging case and ensure they’re in charging status with the red indicators stay on. (Note: If it’s full charged without red indicators on after placing back into the charging case, Pls take it out for a while then put it back again to ensure they are in charging status.) 3.Then long press the multifunction button of both earbuds for 15s until the LED light of both earbuds flash white twice for the second time.
    Could the Truecapsule connect to several devices at the same time?
    Truecapsule does not support to connect to several devices at the same time.
    What can we do if the earbuds won't turn on?
    1.Please check if they need to be charged. 2.Press and hold the MFB for 1.5s to power them on manually. 3.Try to reset the earbuds.
    What can we do if the earbuds stopped pairing with each other?
    1. Please check if the earbuds need to be charged first. 2. Try to reset the earbuds
    What can we do if the earbuds stopped connecting to your device?
    1. Please check if the earbuds can connect to other devices. 2. Try to reset the earbuds.
    What can we do if the following issues happen? 1. One earbud has no sound, or both earbuds lost the sound. 2. The volume of one earbud is lower than the other.
    1. Please change other songs or videos to have a try. 2. Change other devices to see if the problem still happens. 3. Please try to remove the silicone ear piece and gently clean off the screen with a little alcohol. 4. Please try to reset the earbuds.
    Why the Truecapsule lose connection sometimes?
    1) Please charge the Truecapsule. (Low battery may cause the disconnection.) 2) If you use WIFI, please try 4G/5G to see if it gets better. 3) Could you please kindly make sure if there is any obstacle or interference around you while using the headphones? Like Wireless remote control equipment, radar and so on, the Microwave oven will also affect the Bluetooth signal. Please also make sure the distance between earbuds and device is in 10m when there is no obstacles. 4) Please clear the pairing record and restart your phone to have a try. 5) Please try to factory reset.
    What can we do if the other side could not hear you when calling?
    1. Please choose to pick up phone calls via the earbuds. 2. Please do not mute the phone calls. 3. Please kindly adjust the volume through the headphones and devices to see if it works better. 4. If you are using the earbuds with an Android phone, please check the settings to see if you have allowed both phone audio and media audio to be transmitted through the earbuds. 5.Please change other devices to see if it gets better.

    Sound good

    I have a bunch of earbuds and headphones and for the money these sound very good you can get pretty good bass (I m not a bass though) but as with all earbuds it is highly dependent on how you insert/place the earbuds.Battery life does last around 4hrs in fact for me just listening to music I m getting more like 5-6hrs.Now the downside and they are pretty annoying hence the 3 stars.I have a Samsung S10 and it is about a 50/50 chance of them pairing when you take them out of the case if it fails to pair you have to place them back in the case and take them out again.They are awkward to remove from the case they are held in magnetically good idea in theory not sure if it s really needed.Quite of often the audio is not balanced nearly always the left side has lower volume than the right re-pairing seems to fix the issue.I have a bunch of replacement rubber/silicone earbuds unfortunately out of the 20 or so pairs I have none of them will work they fit on the earbuds but when you place the earbuds back in the case the case will not close fully if the indent in the case where you place the earbuds was a little deeper then this wouldn t happen or the lid a little taller. If you lose the earbuds/tips you are stuck with having to use Soundpeats ones they squeezed the tolerances here a little too much IMHO.

    Great wireless sound without the cost

    Don t buy Apple AirPods. You re just wasting money with alternatives like these on the market. I have a few SoundPeats earbuds and they don t disappoint. These particular earbuds are copycat AirPods but without the price tag.Very easy to pair right out of the box... they come pre-charged. Sound quality is pretty darn good... good enough for audiophiles probably but fantastic for mainstream listeners. Bass is punchy (with a good fit) and clarity is great. It s nice to have wireless earbuds that don t compromise on sound and these definitely don t. I listen to a variety of music that s all over the place... trance Spanish guitar pop rock... and nothing really sounds terrible coming out of them.They are touch so you have to get used to not getting any tactile feedback from pushing buttons but it s pretty seamless as an experience.I use these frequently to do calls as well. No complaints from the other end for call quality.Case itself is nice and small and fits into a pocket easily.Made in China but let s face it... most electronics are and branded with a US storefront.HIGHLY recommended.

    Good value good brand

    It s only been a week so in terms of longevity it s too soon to say however based on having the q30 s I m confident in these. These fit well and sound is good. Alittle bass heavy but it doesn t bother me enough to try to adjust. Phonecalls are clear. Some latency with videos through browser but not with netflix etc. These do have volume control.There is a new version out but for the price these do well. For my needs the double price tag for the new version didn t justify the purchase but they re still cheap enough to try in the future. A fraction of the price for higher end competitors.Overall happy with purchase.

    working great so far

    Bought these for a daughter who needed headphones for work. No issues pairing to her phone and she says they work really good fit comfortable and being wireless are easy to use while doing other things.

    Almost as good as Bose

    Wonderful little ear buds that I use when I m out and about and don t choose to wear my full headphones. I d purchase again.

    Doesn't reconnect well everything else is fine.

    Everything performed well except when reconnecting no audio comes through. It establishes a bluetooth connection and even though audio is playing on my phone there s no sound. The only way to get it to work is to clear the memory on the earbuds and my phone and to repair them.

    Cheaper alternative to Apple earbuds

    Product was a gift for 13 yr old girl. She s had them two weeks so far. No complaints yet. Will update if changes. Received fast and works well so far.

    Good deal!

    These are my second pair as I lost the first pair sadly. But they are great! I have small ears and they come with different size ear bud covers which is great. The stay in even while running. The sound quality is great and battery lasts a long time. All in all they are a really good pair of inexpensive bluetooth earbuds.
