Bluetooth drivers must come from the specific manufacturer for your exact computer model. Have had these for about 2 months and they constantly cut out in one ear or the other. They keep moving around in my ears which then pauses the music because the earbuds think I’ve removed them. It also keeps putting itself into game mode.

Purchased Air3 pro a couple of days ago and it is very impressive. I've been using True Air2 for Almost 2 years and absolutely loved it. I recommened the Air3 Pro to a friend who bought it yesterday from Amazon.
My only concern(-1 Star) is that Sound loudness level is not as high as True Air2. There is a lack of about 2 levels of loudness. Since there is a mobile app for firmware upgrade and airbud's control, It would be highly appreciated if SOUNDPEATS could push a firmware update that resolves this issue.

Very nice pair for under $50. Definitely recommend for the novice or anyone not expecting $200 sound but very impressive with them. I’ve tried a lot of pairs.
