    It will take about 2 hours to charge the case fully through the charging cable

    It will take about 1.5 hours to charge the earbuds fully.
    What can we do if the case stopped charging?
    Please try to use another known working Type C charging cable to charge the charging case for more than 10 hours through your computer.
    What can we do if the earbuds stopped charging?
    When you put the earbuds into the case and you will see the solid red light on the earbuds when charging. If no light comes on, please use a bit of light sandpaper or microfiber cloth with a bit of rubbing alcohol to clean the charging connectors and try to adjust the earbuds to ensure the red light is on.
    Why one earbud works longer than another earbud?
    One earbud will work as main earbud; The battery of main earbud will runs faster than another earbud.
    How can we check the battery amount of the case?
    When you open the lid, take out or put in earbuds, you will see a light on the charging case which will indicates the battery amount of the case. There will be 4 indicatior lights in the charging case: below 10%: Only one light flash white 10%-25%: One light stay on white 25%-50%: Two lights stay on white 50%-75%: Three lights stay on white 75%-100%: Four lights stay on white

    How to reset TrueWings?
    1. Clear the pairing record between the earbuds and all of your devices. 2. Place both earbuds back into the charging case and ensure that both earbuds are in charging status, press and hold both multifunction buttons for 10s until both indicators flash in white twice. Reset complete.
    Could the TrueWings connect to several devices at the same time?
    TrueWings does not support to connect to several devices at the same time.
    What can we do if the earbuds won't turn on?
    1.Please check if they need to be charged. 2.Take earbud out of the case and press and hold the MFB for 1.5s to power them on manually. 3.Try to reset the earbuds.
    What can we do if the earbuds stopped pairing with each other?
    1. Please check if the earbuds need to be charged first. 2. Try to reset the earbuds.
    What can we do if the earbuds stopped connecting to your device?
    1. Please check if the earbuds can connect to other devices. 2. Try to reset the earbuds.
    What can we do if the following issues happen? 1. One earbud has no sound, or both earbuds lost the sound. 2. The volume of one earbud is lower than the other.
    1. Please change other songs or videos to have a try. 2. Change other devices to see if the problem still happens. 3. Please try to reset the earbuds. 4. Please try to remove the silicone ear piece and gently clean off the screen with a little alcohol pad to see if that will help.
    What can we do if the other side could not hear you when calling?
    1. Please choose to pick up phone calls via the earbuds. 2. Please do not mute the phone calls. And also please adjust the earbuds when you wear. If the earbuds are too close to your ears or face, the mic may be blocked. 3. Please kindly adjust the volume through the earbuds and devices to see if it works better. 4. If you are using the earbuds with an Android phone, please check the settings to see if you have allowed both phone audio and media audio to be transmitted through the earbuds. 5.Please change other devices to see if it gets better.
    Why my earbuds stop suddenly when listening to Apple Music?
    It's about iPhone's system bug about Apple music please. You could try to update your IOS Sye=stem to IOS14.7 which will solve the issue.
    What can I do if I want to use only one earbud while calling?
    If you want to use just one earbud, please put the other into the charging case.
    Why my both earbuds is not loud enough?
    1. Increase the volume of both your device and earbuds. 2. Remove eartips and use a peice of clothing with a little alcohol to clean the screen. 3. Change another people to check whether the volume is also too low for him. 4. Try to factory reset
    Why my earbuds can not connect automatically to my device?
    1. Check whether you have turned off earbuds manually before put it back into the charging case; 2. Check whether you have connected earbuds to another device before.
    Why my earbuds lose connection sometimes?
    1) Please charge the Truewings. (Low battery may cause the disconnection.) 2) If you use WIFI, please try 4G/5G to see if it gets better. 3) Could you please kindly make sure if there is any obstacle or interference around you while using the headphones? Like Wireless remote control equipment, radar and so on, the Microwave oven will also affect the Bluetooth signal. Please also make sure the distance between earbuds and device is in 10m when there is no obstacles. 4) Please clear the pairing record and restart your phone to have a try. 5) Please try to factory reset.
    Why I feel the sound effect in one earbud is different from another one?
    When some music is recorded, it contains two independent channel information. When playing, the left channel sound can be output through the left headphone, and the right channel sound can be output through the right headphone. This is the basic principle of stereo. So when the earbuds is in stereo mode, you can feel that the two sides are sometimes different, there is something with the music, you could change some differect types of music or videos.

    In my opinion those headphones are the best I have ever had. Really good quality for that price. I m using them for almost a year and they are still just like new. They are water proof and they very well holds on the ears. I just love them.

    Great value uncomfortable with winter hat good sound

    These headphones are a great deal. The wireless charging capability caught me off guard and bumped my opinion of these way up. The case is high quality and the buds themselves look good. Sound quality is definitely situational but for the price and other qualities that is to be expected. My only major complaint with these is the shape of the plastic on the buds. Most of the shaping for the ear is hard plastic with very small rubber pieces. It comes with different sizes of rubber tips but they are all generally smaller than most earbuds. Because of this the headphones are uncomfortable specifically when I am wearing a hat over them(putting pressure near the top of the ear buds). Going back to the sound mids and highs at regular listening volume are fine. Low frequency response is a bit more harsh especially noticable at high volume.

    Decent for the price

    I ve enjoyed using other SoundPeats headphones in the past and it was also my first time trying these kinds of in-the-ear wireless earbuds so I was excited to try these. It came with instructions a charging cable spare earbud covers a charging case and the earbuds themselves and setup was relatively easy.The good:- Pretty good for the price- The touch functions can be tricky to learn but pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it- Very convenient for when you re working out- Very sturdy charing case- I know some don t like the blinking green light on the earbuds but I personally like it because it lets people know that I have earbuds inThe bad:- You ll have to manually adjust your EQ a bit to get a good sound out of these since it sounds a bit hollow and not very full but they re pretty good once you do that.- Depending on the shape of your ear they may cause discomfort. I couldn t get it to settle in my left ear comfortably no matter what I tried (switching out the earbud covers trying different positioning)- The bluetooth connection stutters a lot more than my other bluetooth headphones- The charging case s charge lasts a while but the batteries in the earbuds themselves only last around 2-3 hours in your ear.All in all it s not without issues but worth a shot for the price especially if you haven t experienced discomfort with these kinds of headphones before.

    great for workouts

    Headphones had great sound for soft music. Not a lot of bass at all but they did stay in place during an entire workout so a major plus. The battery lasted and entire workout plus so no problems with battery life. The call quality was a mixed bag if I was sitting still or driving with windows up clear crisp sound any movement or wind they would have trouble hearing me I still could hear them fine. So if you are buying to workout and still hear everything without going deaf form overly loud headphones these are the ones but if you are trying to talk all day long not so great

    Great Wireless Headphones for the Money

    I bought these to listen to music while running and they have done the trick nicely. The hook and general design keep them in my ear nicely and they have so far handled the sweat without any difficulties. Sound quality is better than what I would expect for headphones at this price but I wasn t expecting them to blow me away (and they don t). I have had one small annoyance trying to get them to pair to my phone after having them paired with another device where one bud would turn on and pair and the other wouldn t. I had to go through the reset procedure a couple of times to get them to work right but I ve never had a pair of bluetooth headphones that were completely trouble free. Overall the wireless connection has been pretty impressive. Once they are paired the stay connected until the battery runs dead.

    A product that actually performs

    The two units my wife and I purchased synced right up with our home tv system. They so far always turn on and work when pulled from the charging storage boxes. They sync with our iPhones perfectly. Battery life is good Have had no issues watching movies. Wish the bass was a bit better but all in all not bad. Good product.

    These work great. My only problem is that the battery doesn t last as long as I need for long bike rides. Great quality though.

    Not pleased

    Got these on May 20th. The right side died about two weeks ago which wasn t too bad since I only wear one at a time while running. Then the left one died today. Neither will turn on or charge. On the plus side the case they rest in is fully charged.

    These earphones work as advertised. I gave the sound battery life and comfort 5 stars. I use them when I m doing yard work. They don t fall out so I won t lose them in the grass.This is my 2nd pair of SoundPeats; the other is the TrueEngine which I also rated 5 stars. I m very happy with this product especially for the price!

    Awesome headphones for a great price!

    These headphones are awesome! For the price they are such good quality and they stay it in my ear when working out! I would recommend for any runners too. The battery lasts a long time as well.
