The earbuds is good but customer service is even better

The first pair I received wasn’t working properly. I contacted customer services and after been through all the process, they decided to send me a replacement which arrive very quickly. The earbuds itself is quite good. It sounds decent and the battery life is supreme. The case might be bigger and heavier than other earbuds, but with such a long lasting battery life(you can also use as emergency power bank for your phone) it just worth it.

    Excellent pair of headphones

I hesitate to state how much exceptional value there is for the money in these headphones because it makes it sound like im just hyping up the ratio of quality to cash. These are just fantastic headphones, particularly the bass. They have amazing battery life and the charging hub for the headphones holds so much battery power it can effectively be used as a power bank for any other usb powered devices you have. 2 downsides might be the large size of the hub, but thats dude to the battery life and charging speed you get. If thats a deal breaker I would recommend the soundsonic headphones. But they are pricier and have a lower battery life, and no usb port to charge other devices. The other possible complaint is sometime i have to fiddle with the ear tip/bud fittings so they dont disrupt the charging contacts. But this has only happened twice and was not an issue.

    Great for Workouts!

I wanted a new pair of wireless headphones for my heavy HIIT and Yoga workouts that would stay in my ears. I have the original Soundpeats True Engine 1.0 (they re on 3.0 now) earbuds that I use while I work which sound great but they fall out easy since they re a little heavy so I knew I needed something that had some sort of wings to keep them in and these definitely fit the bill. Even though I m a large guy (6 4 ) I needed to use the smallest earbud and wing set to get the comfortable. I ve had many Soundpeats headphones over the years and these are definitely an upgrade from the old wired ones I have that I use now as a back up and the TrueEngine 1.0. I m no audiophile but to me these have always sounded better than any other headphones I ve tried with good base and overall sound quality. They re lightweight and don t stick too far out like some of my other ones. They seem to regularly update their tech which is also nice. Latency seems minimal to non-existent which I did find as an issue with my TrueEngine 1.0 which watching youtube videos. Some of my nits below though:-The touch function takes some getting used to and can be a little finicky as you HAVE to touch the exact proper way to get it work right. I only use these to work out so I set the playlist and don t usually have to touch my phone or the earbuds once I get going.-The case is a little bulky but it s understandable since it also doubles as a backup power bank for emergencies but I would ve preferred something smaller like the TrueEngine case that super tiny to easily fit in your pocket. Honestly who doesn t usually have a charger handy? Unless you re one of those ppl who let your phone die regularly (you know who you are lol) I don t see a reason to have this feature in the case.-Pairing is usually effortless with almost any headphones I ve used in the past but this time it took me a little while to get the left earbud to connect. I kept resetting and pairing resetting and pair and almost gave up but after the 4th or 5th try they paired. Once they paired the left earbud told me the battery was low. I m guessing it was most likely out of juice when I first tried to pair them. So me putting them in the case back and forth furing pairing attempts was enough to give it a little juice here and there. Once I let it charge to full it was fine and connected right away. So that was a little annoying as usually they come pre-charged with enough to at least pair them right out the gate.Even though I love Apple I don t find spending anywhere close to or over $100 for a pair of headphones. These do what I need them to do: listen to music and my yoga instructor with great clarity in-ear security and noise cancellation. I d definitely give them a try if you re looking for something affordable that doesn t cost you an arm and a leg.

The BEST Pair of True Wireless Earbuds I've Owned!

After test driving these earbuds for a couple of weeks I am stunned at the quality for the price. First the noise-cancellation is almost scary because these earbuds fit in my ears extremely snugly when using the smallest set of ear wings with medium buds. Then the volume is excellent and the touch controls are very responsive without having to jam the earbud into your ear canal; a light swipe is enough to raise or lower the volume and two swipes will pause or restart the audio. Also the connection is excellent without dropping or skipping during playback and I can finally take phone calls in stereo!Overall these are hands down the best pair of bluetooth headphones that I have ever owned especially true wireless. The only con is that the fit is so tight it can cause ear fatigue so you will need try the buds and wings to find the best fit for long wear. However this is to be expected and does not diminish the stellar performance of these earbuds. I m impressed and will buy more Soundpeats products in the future. They have replaced Anker in quality and price for me!

    Great earbuds!

I ve used many earbuds but this is my first pair of TWS earbuds. I m very pleased with these SoundPeats True Shifts. They sound great. Not very much bass but I prefer it that way. Music and vocals are extremely clear. The mic works well. Everyone I ve asked said I was clear and I ve done Zoom chats with a bunch of people at the same time. They fit securely but of course the fit will depend on your ears. There are times when I forget they re in my ears and other times when I have to adjust them after a while. Apparently the ear fins should be tucked which is a really tight fit for my small ears and tends to get uncomfortable so I wear them with the fins out most times. There are several tips and fins to choose from. I was looking for something very low profile. They re not the smallest earbuds I ve seen but they don t stick out much especially if you re able to tuck in the ear fins. Then they re pretty flat. The battery lasts over six hours. Not sure about how long they take to fully charge but when I try them within two three hours they re fully charged. The connection right out the case is incredible. They re connected by the time I put them to my ears. You can easily switch connection from one device to another by holding down either earbud and connecting to another device. It will automatically disconnect from the previous device. They turn off automatically after a while if they re not in the case and not being used. The touch controls took me a bit of getting used to and didn t seem that responsive the first time I tried them but it s gotten a lot better. From what I ve found voice assistant will not work with my Mac but works fine with my phone.I put my phone at my front door and walked all over my 960 sq. ft. apartment and there was no signal disruption even behind closed doors. I ve used them in the shower and they still work and the sound was just as clear. The only thing was that the drops of water started triggering the touch controls so that shows how sensitive they are. While I would prefer that the case be smaller because I don t need need it as a power bank (yet) the case feels good in the hand and it looks pretty slick with the new logo. I do also wish the charging ports weren t at the front but that may just be me. I ve had this for two and a half weeks using the buds every day and I just now charged the case. It took four hours to completely charge. One thing to note is that it seems that at times the ear fins ring gets in the way of the charging terminals so you may need to make sure the buds connect properly when placing them in the case. Just make sure they both glow red.Overall I would recommend these TWS earbuds.

    Great Earbuds

I upgraded to these after one of my soundpeats q32 earbuds cracked. I use these at my PC in place of over ear headphones because they get too warm for me. The smaller wings and buds that came with it fit way better than the stock ones so if they don t fit you try switching them out for the smaller ones.As for sound quality they sound great if you spend a little time with an EQ like Equalizer APO + Peace extension (or a similar mobile EQ). Tweak it to your liking but I ll include a picture of the settings that sound good to me.**Update after 1 week: I think there is a design flaw with the case of these earbuds; you have to place the earbuds in the charging case very precisely and wiggle them for them to make a solid connection. They will just stay on otherwise and not charge. I believe it has to do with the wings so I ended up cutting off the bit that sticks out with an x-acto knife. This didn t affect the comfort or ability for them to stay in my ears snugly. Making the cutout slightly deeper on the fin side of the charging case would probably solve this problem. Also be sure the wings are correctly seated on the earbuds so the 2 pins in the case can make contact with the 2 circular contacts on the earbuds. It may have to do with the reason why these earbuds frequently un-pair from each other which is needlessly difficult to factory reset and get them to pair to each other again.I knocked off 1 star for the inconvenience but if you don t mind dealing with the issues like me then they are worth buying.

    Pleasantly Surprised So Far

I ve had the TrueShift2 earbuds for a week now and they have exceeded my expectations. I wanted true wireless earbuds but did not want to spend a fortune and also did not want budget junk. I read a lot of reviews and narrowed my choices to three placed them on my birthday wish list. Got them for Father s Day instead. Worth the wait. Sound quality for music listening is perfect for me not too bass heavy crystal clear sound. Phone call clarity is great. I had high expectations even at this price point and am truly pleased. I did spend a lot of time getting the right fit for the earbud tips and wings and ended up with them the way they were received. Still not 100 percent sure about the right side fit.Outside sound is blocked surprisingly well. I vacuumed while wearing and had to actually stop and remove the earbuds to confirm the vacuum was running properly. Pairing was a breeze and range has been superb.1800 sq ft home and no drops even when at the end of my driveway - this had been an issue with my other buds - wired wireless. Cannot speak to charge longevity yet as I have not reached a point where I have to recharge the case and I just put the buds in there when I m done with them.Case is bulky but I knew that going in due to being able to charge other devices. Wish there was an option for a smaller case but not an issue as SoundPeats is upfront about the design.Comfort wise they are fine. I ve maxed out at 3 hours straight with no discomfort.Unless you are looking for heavy bass I would wholeheartedly recommend these earbuds. SoundPeats has a winner!

Great overall product at this price point.

These earbuds are overall a great product at this price. I really enjoy them. The sound quality is awesome and the batteries on the earbuds last a long time as does the charge on the case. Here s a quick overview:Pros: - You can use either the left OR right to listen to music or use the microphone!! A major plus. - The sound is great at this price point. The bass mids and highs are really good. - The microphone does very well outside and in a crowded environment...especially when these don t have the stem hanging off of them! The only complaint I ve had from people is they ask if I m banging on my keyboard when I m talking & typing. This is strange that these earbuds magnify the sounds of a keyboard but do a great job of isolating my voice in a crowded environment. - The earbuds rarely fault out when pairing with the phone. I ve only had (1) instance of a pairing issue with my phone. - The metal contact prongs in the case are awesome! When you put them back in the case they disconnect from the phone each time. When you pick them up out of the case they pair. I hope the company expands this design to all their other earbuds with this style of charging mechanism. - The case doubles as a charger for your phone or other devices; this is a double edge sword because this means you won t be carrying these in your pants pocket. - These can get wet. We re not talking go for a swim in the pool but they will survive excess sweat and some rain.Cons: - The case doubles as a charger for your phone or other devices; this is a double edge sword because this means you won t be carrying these in your pants pocket. Still nothing to worry about. I think I found my new hiking earbuds because I don t need to carry a battery bank now. - The shape is a bit odd and it takes some getting used to when putting in your ears. - When working out I had these fall out of my ears a bit more than similar styles. Still nothing to deem these earbuds unworthy with all the other great things these have.Overall I d recommend these as a good quality buy. Great product. Keep up the innovation!
